Prayer Points

“Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever” Ps 136:26. Thank you Father for your steadfast and covenant love that remains unfailing and eternal.
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord” Acts 3:19. May we seek forgiveness and refreshment from our Lord daily.
“Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken” Ps 55:22. Let’s hand our burden to the One who will uphold and sustain us.

Daniel and Esther:

thank God that they finally settled in West Asia, a location where they will serve.
Pray for their adjustment, meeting with local people and refugees who have moved to their area due to recent wars. Pray for protection, wisdom for God and physical health.

FOCUS:

Pray for people coming to the weekly dinner and Bible talks, may God’s words root in their hearts and move them to love and serve Him faithfully.
Pray for the staff, may God grant them wisdom and strength in serving and minister to the students.
Pray for the students that they can continue to meet and study God’s words together despite of their busy study schedule.

Senior Ministry Meeting. Date: 19 Sep (Sat) Time: 2-4 pm. Topic: First Aids for Seniors. Speaker: Dr. Cheuk Cheung, General Parctitioner. Managing one’s physical health is an important and often complex issue, particularly for those in their senior years. This interactive talk will aim to discuss a few common acute health concerns that affect seniors and provide general education and tips on how to recognise, respond and assist in these situations.
