“Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus" Col 3:17. May God help us to be faithful in the tasks assigned to us.

Managing one’s physical health is an important and often complex issue, particularly for those in their senior years. This interactive talk will aim to discuss a few common acute health concerns that affect seniors and provide general education and tips on how to recognise, respond and assist in these situations.
