Prayer Points

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends... You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you” (John 15:13, 15). Praise Jesus that He is our greatest friend, who by His life and words shows us what true friendship is and looks like.
Those undergoing trials and suffering of many kinds in our church, as well as our loved ones.
For our Ecclesiastes series: that our Heavenly Father will speak to people who seek to live apart from Him - facing the struggle throughout life to gain satisfaction, happiness or fulfilment. Pray for us as God’s children, that we will see and engage life as one that receives so much good from God - and these good gifts can be thoroughly enjoyed, and enable us to stay present and engaged in the different circumstances we’re in.

For our mission partners:

Pray for the City Bible Forum as they connect with many people just starting out in the workplace. Pray for many of these new workers who have just moved out of home for the first time and are trying to find new friends, new accommodation, and a new church. Pray for CBF’s key annual event that helps new grads - Welcome to the Jungle, their graduate orientation evening (Monday February 16).
Keep praying for Ezra & Mariya Lee as they use this preparation time as they get ready to go to M. Especially learning the Bahasa language via YouTube lessons. Please pray for them to have the ability to pick up this new language.

We will be sharing the Lord’s Supper this Sunday. For those attending in person, the church will have disposable communion available but feel free to bring your own bread and juice.
